On June 30^th, 2009 we had our 20^th Anniversary here at Whisky Run Golf Club. The following Saturday, July 4^th we invited members, friends and family out to the course to help us celebrate with the Whisky Run Bootlegger Bash– all around it was a fantastic day – great weather, some interesting golf, fabulous food and even better company!

120 golfers came out under blue skies and a little bit of wind and played 18 holes on the Fox and Serpent Courses. The format was a regular scramble with Men’s, Mixed, and Ladies Divisions – everyone was awarded a prize. Highlights included near misses on Fox #4 for the $25,000 Hole in One – BUT, over on Serpent #7 – Brad Coccagna “scored” when he holed out from 160 yards away with his 6 iron! Congratulations to Brad!

Double Your Money – Pro Shop Gift Certificates

On Fox #4, golfers got a chance to double their money in Pro Shop gift certificates if they landed the green. If they landed within the 12 foot circle, they also won a Whisky Run Desert Dry Shirt or Titliest 20^th Anniversary Hat! Everyone who attempted the gamble received a gift certificate for their amount bet even if they didn’t land the green!
