“The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Niagara Peninsula Chapter of Hope would like to thank you for your support with our 8th Annual Fred Legg memorial Golf Tournament. With your support we were able to raise close to $10,000. This will be used to help patients and their families in the Niagara Region living with MS. It will also help us try to find a cure. Your support is much appreciated and our event wouldn’t have been a success without it. Thank you for your continued hard work and support.”

“We are a little tardy writing but I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Whisky Run last October. We are so glad we discovered your lovely bed and breakfast and we would gladly recommend your establishment to anyone interested. Your family was gracious and accommodating, the food was wonderful and the apartment-like accommodations were first class. I loved my evenings sitting out on the veranda with a cocktail and enjoying the breezes and the far off sounds of the surf. My nephew and I enjoyed watching the Texas A and M football game in the den which was an added bonus. You made us feel like we were almost part of your family and we are going to make sure we stay with you again on our very next visit. I hope this finds you and your family well and we wish you only the best in your continuing endeavor.”

“Thank you for helping to make our 20th Wedding Anniversary such a success. We had a great day thanks to all of your efforts and great service. Special thanks to Kevin for finding our car keys!”

“First off I would like to thank you and your team for making Friday such a HUGE success. Your team is extremely organized, thorough, and professional. Everyone on this end was so impressed with EVERYTHING about your course. So much so, there were a couple people that went back on Saturday/Sunday to golf another 18 holes. I couldn’t have done everything I did without you and your team, and I truly appreciate your efforts and your patience. Thanks so much for your time and efforts. You will DEFINITELY be seeing us again next year.”

“We can’t thank you enough for being so accommodating and amazing. You truly were a key piece to our special day and I know it wouldn’t have been so smooth and flawless without all your organization. The whole process was stress free, fun and executed to perfection, and that is thanks to you!”

Mr. and Mrs. Patterson

“Thank you for your warm hospitality at our golf tournament. The weather was sunny, many laughed while golfing and all enjoyed the delicious meal. We appreciate your support. God bless you.”

“I loved it, it was a great experience, greens were rolling nice, there’s also a few cool elevated tee boxes, one even on top of an old silo. Pretty cool. Two thumbs up.”

“I played the Fox and the Serpent. Neither are overly long, but good course management is key to scoring well. The greens were rolling out nicely. Bunkers were difficult due the amount of rain we received, they were firm and varied. This is a neat course, close to the lake. A true pleasure to play !”

“This was a very good challenging course. Loved all the doglegs and water hazards.”

“Unfortunately we had pre booked a very rain day and the as the weather started to change the course was not sure if they were going to open or not. When we arrived for our noon tee time, they had just opened 18 of 27 holes and were letting people play but cart path only. Radar showed the rain would continue on and off and we had the chose of playing or not. We decided not to play and would have to contact golf now as they were going to officially close the course. BY mid afternoon it cleared up and we decided to go back and see if we could still play. Even though our pre paid and highly discounted green fee was for an earlier time. They were most gracious and fit us in and it turned out to be a splendid 18 holes of fun.”

“Nice course for couples. This was an enjoyable cost for both my wife and I, even though we are different level players. The staff was friendly and the course offered a good deal for couples.”

“They bill themselves as the friendliest course in Niagara and they may be. We stayed at the B&B run by the owners of the course and they as well as all their staff were great. The room we had was good too, very comfortable with a deck that we enjoyed a glass (or 2!) of Niagara wine while watching golfers play a couple holes. The course itself is not long but it has some interesting and challenging holes. It was well-maintained (keep in mind the value-level greens fee — it’s a great value in good shape). Food in the clubhouse was good too, and if you’re a beer fan definitely try the Brimstone, a local brewery that they serve there.”

“Whisky Run is a family run golf course and the family are all wonderful. The course is three nine-hole courses to choose from and all of them have their challenges. If you like shorter and shaded then pick The Owl or if you find water hazards a challenge then pick The Serpent. If you can’t see around corners then you’ll be thrilled The Fox (and you might see the little red furry guy while you’re playing). Three patios for outside drinking and eating and a lot of leagues to join if you’re looking for some new friends and a good time. All in all a great place to shoot a game or have some food and drinks.”

“Love your course! My family and I vacation every year at Crystal Beach. We have for the past 10 plus years. I always have friends and family come and visit. We have had many good rounds at Whiskey Run, folks from Florida, Maine, New Hampshire, California, Washington state and all parts of New York. My gang will be there the first week of August and looking to get at least a few rounds in again. The course is always well kept and managed extremely professionally. Can’t wait to play there again!”

“The friendliest golf course around is not just a slogan, it’s true. My wife and I always enjoy the friendly staff at Whiskey Run and you won’t find a better deal than the “golf and dine” specials on the weekends. Check it out for yourself.”
