Can you believe this rain?
Neither can we! I mean – we are ready to go! Our menu is set for the month of May, golf & dine is here, the course is in excellent condition (however, a bit soggy), and the beer fridges are stocked!… So, you might be wondering,
“What do they do over there when the rain is pouring?”
And the answer… We get to work!
We spent Friday morning updating our CPR and AED training. We are proud to have an AED onsite at our course, and even more proud of our staff for updating their certifications!
Kathryn Davies, Safety Expert and Speaker from Life’s Emerency Training was onsite leading the group through their training.
“Kathryn does an exceptional job of making sure each participant has a strong understanding of the training” says HR Manager Jessica Dobbs.
“She does her homework – she was able to give us real life examples and apply them to our business specifically. From the logistics of our course to the details of our emergency protocol. She helps us to feel confident in taking action. I would recommend her services for any business or organization.”
And – she is a fun too! CPR and AED training can be really intimidating and Kathryn did a great job of creating a comfortable atmosphere for all of the staff to learn in.
Congratulations to all of the Whisky Run Staff members who completed their CPR and AED training today!
Not a bad way to spend a rainy Friday morning – wouldn’t you agree?
